This Privacy Policy explains how Ferox Supply Company LLC ("Ferox OS," "we," "us," or
"our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the Ferox OS platform,
including our web dashboards, Telegram bot integrations, SMS messaging features, and
related business automation tools (collectively, the "Service").
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described
in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
- Account information: name, business name, email address, mobile
phone number, and login credentials.
- Business data you provide or connect: customer and lead records,
pipeline and opportunity data, appointment and messaging activity, order and
revenue data, and accounting data, depending on which integrations you enable.
- Integration data: when you connect third-party services to Ferox
OS, we access and store data from those services as needed to provide the Service.
- Communications data: messages sent and received through connected
Telegram bots, SMS, email, and in-dashboard messaging features.
- Usage data: log data, device and browser information, and how you
interact with the dashboard.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
- To sync and display data across the connected tools you use.
- To send operational notifications by SMS and email (new lead alerts, briefings,
system status).
- To power AI-assisted features using the data in your account.
- To troubleshoot issues, improve the Service, and maintain security.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. SMS and Mobile Information
No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or
affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator
opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, and are used solely to
deliver the messaging you have requested from Ferox OS.
If you provide your mobile number through our website chat widget, during onboarding,
or in the course of communicating with us, you consent to receive informational and
transactional text messages from Ferox OS relating to your account and the Service.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages.
- Reply HELP for assistance, or email info@feroxos.com.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile information may be disclosed to service providers strictly for the purpose of
transmitting messages on our behalf, such as our telephony and messaging providers. Those
providers are contractually prohibited from using the information for any other purpose,
and no mobile information is shared with them for marketing purposes.
4. Third-Party Services We Integrate With
Ferox OS connects with other platforms on your behalf. Depending on what you enable,
this may include:
- CRM and marketing automation providers (for example, GoHighLevel)
- E-commerce platforms (WooCommerce, Shopify)
- Accounting platforms (QuickBooks Online)
- Advertising platforms (Meta Ads)
- Analytics platforms (Google Analytics)
- Messaging platforms (Telegram, SMS, and email providers)
- Payment processing (Stripe). Card details are handled entirely by Stripe and are
never collected or stored by Ferox OS.
These platforms are governed by their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for
how they handle data outside the Service.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:
- With service providers who perform functions on our behalf, including hosting,
payment processing, CRM, telephony, and message delivery
- With platforms you have explicitly connected, to operate the integrations you
requested
- When required by law, subpoena, or valid legal process
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets, subject to
this Policy
6. Data Security
Third-party credentials are encrypted at rest. Each customer's data is isolated so
that one customer cannot access another customer's information. No method of transmission
or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide
the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Upon cancellation you may request an export of your business data by emailing
info@feroxos.com.
8. Your Choices
- Opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any such email.
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by
emailing info@feroxos.com.
- Disconnect any third-party integration at any time from your dashboard.
9. Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do
not knowingly collect information from children.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by
updating the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect
constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
